Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in Oregon City is seeking a QC Inspector, Dimensional to perform dimensional inspection at various stages of manufacture. You will use blueprints, surface plates and precision tools to inspect wax, ceramic or metal parts and complete reports.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMP and quality systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with Quality Engineering and Management to address nonconformances.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (Required).
• Experience in quality inspection and lean manufacturing (Preferred).
• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wax, ceramic, or metal parts using precise measuring tools per specifications.
• Complete inspection reports documenting results.
• Ensure compliance with Orchid requirements and maintain documentation.
