Orchid MPS Holdings, LLC is seeking a QC Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, final, and lab certification testing on components and materials. You will apply GD&T principles, inspect with micrometers, calipers, and other tools, and ensure documentation accuracy in line with GMP standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and a willingness to work onsite in Arab, AL. Prior inspection experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No previous work experience required.
• Experience in quality inspection and lean manufacturing preferred.
• Candidate may be subject to background check and drug screening; U.S. work authorization required.

Responsabilités

• Perform receiving, in-process, final, and lab certification testing.
• Verify CMM reports and 2D matrix reports; verify certifications.
• Identify non-conforming material; document NCMRs and red tags.
• Maintain accurate documentation per GMP; perform DHR reviews; ensure material/spec compliance.
• Use handheld inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) for measurements.
