Job summary

Applied Technical Services is seeking a metrology inspection specialist in Marietta, GA to program CMMs, CT and laser-scanning systems both in-lab and on-site. You will travel to customer facilities up to 50% to perform dimensional inspections and provide program support.

Requirements include 2+ years in PC-DMIS with CMMs, and strong knowledge of PolyWorks, Volume Graphics, Calypso and first article inspections. Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PC-DMIS programming experience with CMMs.
• Deep knowledge of PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, Volume Graphics and Calypso.
• Experience with first article inspections, dimensional analysis and CAD comparisons.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work both in-lab and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-lab and on-site dimensional inspections.
• Program CMMs, CT, laser scanning and vision systems (offline and on-site).
• Run FARO arm inspections and remote programming for customers.
• Conduct first article inspections, dimensional layouts and CAD comparisons.
