Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management is seeking an Associate to manage the due diligence process for fundraising, coordinating with investors, CRMs, and internal teams. You will create DDQs, RFPs, and related materials, and guide prospective investors through the diligence journey.

The role requires 6+ years in private fund marketing or diligence, strong project management, and a deep understanding of infrastructure/energy investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in private fund marketing, due diligence, client services or related fundraising roles.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure/energy asset class and LP needs for diligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop due diligence deliverables to advance clients during fundraising (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, datasets, presentations).
• Coordinate investor calls, meetings, asset tours, and on-site meetings for fund diligence.
• Work with Investor Relations and investment teams to respond to diligence requests with clear, concise materials.
• Plan interactions between investors and investment teams including Tax, Legal, Operations, and other teams.
• Create initial diligence materials prior to fund launches (DDQs, PPMs, case studies).
• Build deep knowledge of Brookfield’s infrastructure and energy products to communicate Brookfield story to investors.
• Utilize tools like Loopio and internal datasets to respond to client requests efficiently.
• Maintain marketing collateral and consultant databases during fundraising periods.
