Blue Owl Capital Inc. is seeking an Analyst to join its Central Diligence team in New York, supporting RFP and due diligence functions.

This role partners with senior leaders to aggregate operational and investment content for client diligence and reporting, offering exposure across asset classes in a fast-paced, innovative platform. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in asset management operations or performance analysis, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in asset management operations or performance analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams, including senior management.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and manage changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; resourceful and solution drivenn

Responsibilities

• Support operational and investment due diligence across Credit, GP Strategic Capital, Real Assets, and Insurance Solutions.
• Drive fundraising and client service through DDQ, RFP, and ODD response processes.
• Develop and maintain diligence materials and centralized content repository.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure timely, accurate updates.
• Build knowledge of fund products, strategies, and operational processes.
• Maintain consultant databases and reporting accuracy
