Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in asset management operations or performance analysis.
• Strong communication across teams, including senior management.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt to priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; resourceful and solution-driven.
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and investment due diligence across Credit, GP Strategic Capital, Real Assets, and Insurance Solutions.
• Drive fundraising and client service through DDQ, RFP, and ODD response processes.
• Develop and maintain diligence materials and centralized content repository.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure timely, accurate updates.
• Build knowledge of fund products, strategies, and operational processes.
• Maintain consultant databases and reporting accuracy.
