Job Summary

The Ticket Seller will provide excellent customer service by selling tickets and resolving fan issues at Dignity Health Sports Park. Responsibilities include cash handling, answering phones, and assisting supervisors, managers, and directors with various tasks.

Essential Functions

• Assist customers with ticketing applications and purchases via cash, credit card, and vouchers.
• Manage will call and guest list, verify identification, and distribute tickets.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Answer inquiries about shows and tickets, including venue or accessibility needs.
• Reconcile sales and receipts accurately.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Availability for varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cash handling and payment methods preferred.

Pay Scale: $19.00 per hour

Bonus: Not eligible for a bonus under current plan.
