Job summary

Novelle, a Montessori-Inspired Memory Care Community in California, seeks compassionate caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s and related dementias. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and meaningful hands-on engagement in a warm, family-style environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, help manage medications as allowed, and complete progress reports for residents daily, contributing to a respectful and personalized care plan.

Qualifications

• Current caregiver training or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years’ caregiver experience.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.
