Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. in Orlando is seeking a Project Management professional to plan and execute the site Digitalization roadmap, overseeing multiple workstreams and coordinating with internal and external partners to meet objectives while minimizing risk.

Weekly status updates to Management, define scope for the Orion initiative with senior leadership, develop detailed plans, budgets, and KPIs, and ensure effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working in a Logistics Center or similar high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication & decision making skills.
  • Project Management certification a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems preferred.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
  • Lead and coordinate the work of project team members, including internal staff and external vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication for all stakeholders, providing regular status updates, and facilitating project meetings.
  • Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the Orion digitalization initiative in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
  • Establish clear success criteria and KPIs to measure project outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risk, cost, and timing, comparing actual performance against the planned baseline.

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this ProjectManagement role, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for thesuccessful planning and execution of our site Digitalization roadmap.

You will oversee variousproject workstreams, engage with internal and external partners, to ensure ourgoals and objectives are achieved, while minimizing potential risks.

On a weekly basis youwill provide a project status that will be shared with Management regardingongoing progress.

What You Bring
