• 7+ years in digital workplace / endpoint engineering and related domains.
• Experience improving DEX and service outcomes and partnering with Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital workplace user experience and drive continuous improvement.
• Define metrics for DEX and monitor user sentiment to guide improvements.
• Define SOPs and RACI models to ensure accountability across teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and remove recurring issues.
• Partner with Service Desk to reduce incidents and improve resolution.
• Lead change initiatives and drive adoption to enhance productivity.
• Standardize endpoint configurations to reduce complexity.
• Define KPIs and deliver senior-level reports with actionable insights.
• Own escalation frameworks and incident responses.
• Lead vendor performance aligned with SLAs and experience.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions to boost productivity.
• Lead and develop the team toward results-oriented outcomes.
