Who are we looking for?

Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, has an exciting new opportunity as our Digital Workplace Analyst II on the Digital Workplace team. The team supports and administers all aspects of our Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. As a key member, you will be mentored by senior engineers, building skills in Microsoft 365/Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform, handling problem tickets and service requests from business partners.

Your Responsibilities

1. Triage incoming tickets for Digital Workplace incidents, service requests, and tasks.
2. Provide second-tier support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace issues.
3. Deliver training on Microsoft 365 products and services.
4. Maintain support documentation.
5. Partner with technology teams for application integration supporting Office 365 solutions.
6. Gather requirements and translate into technical specifications.
7. Design and implement solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform.
8. Support governance, security, and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
9. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
10. Administer Microsoft 365 cloud technologies such as Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Purview.
11. Configure access and resources in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
12. Engage in ongoing self-training on Microsoft 365 updates.
13. Evaluate and recommend productivity tools and platforms.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. At least 2 years’ experience with Microsoft 365.
3. Knowledge of managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
4. Experience with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 solutions.
5. 2+ years developing automation with Power Platform (preferred).
6. Understanding of business analysis and requirements documentation.
7. SharePoint development skills.
8. Knowledge of enterprise content management principles.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
10. Key competencies: innovation, collaboration, agility.
11. Google Workspace knowledge (preferred).

Your Team

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Digital Workplace. You will collaborate with 2 peers and cross-functional teams.

Work Location

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, or remote.
