Kelly Services seeks a Digital Process Automation Specialist in Hampton, VA to lead the design, build, and deployment of digital workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. The role partners across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to modernize paper-based processes, improve data quality, and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering digital workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to translate business requirements into automated workflows and forms.
• Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in automation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.

Responsabilités

• Design and build digital workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Convert paper forms and manual processes into standardized digital workflows.
• Develop electronic forms and applications using Power Apps.
• Create automated routing, notifications, and status tracking with Power Automate.
• Leverage SharePoint Lists to securely capture and maintain workflow data.
• Document processes and support training for new digital solutions.
• Meet with process owners to capture requirements and design future-state workflows.
• Support deployment and transition of new solutions into operations.
