Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. seeks a Digital Solutions Water/Wastewater Engineer (Project Management) to bridge traditional engineering with digital technologies in South Florida.

You will work with clients to plan, design, and implement real-time monitoring, data analytics, and digital twin solutions for water and wastewater facilities. The ideal candidate has a civil/environmental/chemical/mechanical background, 5+ years in water/wastewater, and hands-on experience with industry software such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Water Resources Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
• Experience with water distribution, wastewater collection, treatment processes, or utility operations.
• Knowledge of data analytics, operational technology, and digital solutions within the water sector.
• Experience with one or more industry software platforms such as InfoWater Pro, InfoWorks ICM, EPANET, SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of digital solutions for water and wastewater facilities, collection systems, and networks.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain digital twin models, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with utility clients to translate needs into technology-driven solutions.
• Integrate systems including SCADA, telemetry, GIS, CMMS, and cloud-based apps.
• Perform hydraulic and process modeling using industry software.
• Develop data visualizations, KPIs, and reporting tools for decision-making.
• Assist with pilot programs and deployment of emerging technologies.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.
• Stay current with industry trends and AI applications.
