Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Visual Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our digital projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design compelling visuals for websites, social media, campaigns, and other digital platforms. Your work will blend creativity, technology, and technical expertise to deliver designs that are not only beautiful but also functional and user-centric.

• Design & Identity: Develop idea driven identity projects from a contemporary and modern design perspective.
• Asset Creation: Illustrate visually stunning assets for a variety of brands, websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director and the rest of the team to bring concepts to life with more than one point of view.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and new software to incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into your work.
• Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Feedback & Iteration: Present designs to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and refine work to meet project goals.
• Asset Management: Prepare and deliver design assets in various formats, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms and devices.
• Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in an agency's creative team.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including web UI components, social media campaigns and identity projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design, 3D modeling, or video editing is a plus.
• Bonus Knowledge: Previous experience in Web3.
