Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter, Vis Mockup, and Process Simulate (Tecnomatix)
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3D Cycle Line Layout Meeting: facilitate weekly cross-functional virtual meetings and use 3D simulations to drive consensus among Process, Product, IE, Ergo, Layout, MP&L and Safety.
• Drive Iterative Workstation Development: lead digital assessment and 3D modeling of manual and semi-automated workstations from concept through final validation.
• Execute Virtual Kaizens: champion digital milestone reviews and Virtual Build Events, ensuring stations meet tooling clearance, ergonomics, and material-flow standards before Digital Job 1.
• Initialize the Digital Twin: build and maintain Digital Twins in Siemens Teamcenter reflecting design-intent data and facility constraints.
• Advanced Process Simulation: perform complex 3D simulations with dynamic humans, machines, and robots to identify bottlenecks early.
• Cross-Functional Integration: act as primary interface between engineering workstreams to ensure holistic, optimized plant strategies.
• Technology Advocacy: drive adoption of Virtual Reality and advanced simulation software (VET tool suite & IC.IDO).
• Continuous Improvement: support global digital engineering methods and move toward centralized Center of Excellence.
• Launch Support: assist on-site launches and validate that physical build matches the digital twin.
