Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Data Contextualization or Industrial Digital Twin technologies preferred.
• Experience in refining, manufacturing, OT environments preferred.
• Experience developing or supporting digital tools for rounds, logbooks, or digital permitting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize business processes to measure, analyze, improve and control performance.
• Lead initiatives from concept to implementation with focus on outcomes, value, and adoption.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align requirements and assess cross-functional impacts.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure delivery of digital initiatives.
• Recommend system alternatives and enhancements to current tools.
• Investigate performance metrics to drive planning and continuous improvement.
• Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems.
• Support IT service management practices around incident, change, and SDLC delivery.
• Coordinate test case development and strategy for technology delivery.
• Plan and document user stories and feedback to support prototypes and wireframes.
