Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a Sr Manager of Digital Transformation to drive pricing process digitization, contract lifecycle improvements, and tools that boost sales force productivity, pricing accuracy, and contract profitability.

The role partners with shared services, sales, merchandising, pricing, and technology teams to accelerate revenue growth and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate brings pricing process expertise, technology enablement, and change leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering).
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a corporate or professional services analytical/strategic role (Transformation, Strategy, Insights, Product management).
• Experience in wholesale distribution, retail/ecommerce, or CPG is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Execute the digital transformation roadmap and translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with leaders across functions to scope opportunities and align execution plans.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of digital initiatives with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop business cases and execution plans for prioritized initiatives with leadership.
• Prepare updates for senior leadership on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into solutions.
