Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Engagement Services professional to partner directly with the largest Enterprise customers in focused, roughly three-month engagements to understand their operating processes and map them to the Samsara platform.

You will work with the Engagement Services Manager and SIS teams to ensure every integration request arrives with validated requirements and aligned stakeholders, accelerating SOW signings and delivering strong CSAT.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing consulting, business/systems analysis, solutions consulting, or implementation role, ideally in enterprise SaaS or IoT software.
• Experience running structured discovery with enterprise customers and building actionable requirements documents.
• Working understanding of APIs and system-integration concepts, with the ability to manage multi-month, multi-stakeholder engagements independently.

• Complement the Engagement Services Manager (ESM) and SIS teams by ensuring every integration request reaches SIS with validated requirements and aligned stakeholders.

• Short time from kickoff to a request SIS accepts without further scoping clarification.
• High-quality requests that need no rework during SIS and ESM scoping.
• Faster path from Request Log to signed SOW and strong customer CSAT.
