Job summary

Siemens AG in the United States is seeking candidates for the Digital Accelerator Program cohort. You will complete a four-month, in-person training at Mason, OH, then collaborate with customers to deploy software solutions that realize the Comprehensive Digital Twin across multiple industries.

You will join a team focused on requirements, PLM, design and simulation, manufacturing engineering, and migrations/integrations, supporting both cloud and on-premise deployment automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, CS, or related field.
• 1–5 years of engineering or technical experience.
• Knowledge of engineering processes for product development and manufacturing.
• Ability to present technology solutions to groups.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, MES, or simulation software preferred.
• Willingness to attend on-site training in Mason, OH.

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Outcome team as a member of the Digital Accelerator Program cohort.
• Complete a four-month training program to build expertise in Siemens products, methodologies, and solutions.
• Contribute to customer projects across practice groups including Requirements, PLM, Design and Simulation, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, System Architecture, and Migrations/Integrations.
• Work with customers to architect and deploy software solutions for the Comprehensive Digital Twin vision.
• Guide customers through digital transformation initiatives across Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products, Electronics, Medical Device, and Semiconductor industries.
• Support cloud and on-premise deployment automation, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Enable customers to integrate virtual and physical, hardware and software, and design and manufacturing capabilities.
