Job summary

Siemens Software in the United States is offering a four-month Digital Accelerator Program to develop expertise in Siemens products, methodologies, and solutions. Trainees will join the Americas Services Delivery Team and collaborate with customers to deploy comprehensive software solutions that realize the Comprehensive Digital Twin.

The program runs January 4–March 19, 2027, at the Mason, OH office with in-person participation required for a substantial portion of the training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, computer science, or related technical field.
• 1–5 years of engineering or technical experience preferred.
• Ability to present technology solutions in front of groups.

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Outcome team as a member of the Digital Accelerator Program cohort.
• Complete a comprehensive four-month training program to build Siemens product expertise.
• Contribute across practice groups: Requirements, PLM, Design & Simulation, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, System Architecture, Migrations/Integrations.
• Work directly with customers to architect and deploy software solutions supporting the Digital Twin vision.
• Guide customers through digital transformation initiatives in aerospace, automotive, consumer products, electronics, medical devices, and semiconductors.
• Support cloud and on-premise deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Enable integration of virtual and physical, hardware and software, and design and manufacturing capabilities.
