Job summary

Almac Group in Durham, NC seeks a Business Analyst for Digital Transformation to drive discovery, design and delivery of digital solutions aligning with strategic goals. You will lead requirements analysis, facilitate stakeholder engagement and support testing and business readiness across the full lifecycle.

This role bridges business needs and technical execution, serves as SME for assigned digital products, and participates in continuous improvement while ensuring successful adoption of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience in software solutions in pharma/healthcare.
• 3+ years in requirements analysis and elicitation for software products using Agile/Waterfall.
• 3+ years' experience facilitating and executing software testing.
• 3+ years' experience managing multiple deliverables from initiation to delivery.
• 3+ years' experience in a multi-team environment meeting milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather and prioritize ideas and develop business cases.
• Elicit and document business and system requirements; ensure feasibility and alignment with goals.
• Support full software development lifecycle from requirements through testing, training and go-live readiness.
• Backlog management, SME for digital products, and issue resolution enhancements.
