ProSidian Seeks a Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] - Fort Sam Houston, TX (CONUS) - Digital Training Facility Management (DTFM) (DTFM016) to support an engagement for a training directorate of the USG that supports training and readiness of active and reserve military personnel.

This DoD/Military Sector Role is a W-2 Employee Labor Category Position located at or near Fort Sam Houston, TX - CONUS. The Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] provides management and oversight at/for the assigned Digital Training Facility (DTF). Units use DTFs to conduct training that improves individual and unit readiness.

The Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] regularly interfaces with various stakeholder personnel and the Technology Resources Directorate(s) to ensure the DTFs are offering a consistent high level of systems access and instruction tools.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.
• Coordinating facility maintenance and interacting with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians.
• Adherence to EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers.
• Maintenance of facility security and assisting students in using assets provided in DTFs.
• Monitoring and reporting the condition and inventory of IT hardware and furniture.
• Partners with other entities to create secure lab environments.
• Provides appropriate metrics and reports to designated Management and Stakeholder Staff.
• Provides server and application support and maintenance.
• Scheduling the use of their respective DTFs.

Experience:

• 5 years of management experience within IT support and/or management.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate trainees and summarize requirements.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, or related).
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.

Given the nature of this requirement, all personnel is expected to hold a Secret Security Clearance National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
