Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, functionality, and cleanliness of lab equipment and spaces; provide outstanding customer service; enforce lab policies and safety protocols.
• Explain digital textiles lab technologies and best practices for successful implementation.
• Mentor student employees and train them on equipment use and care.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers; manage billing and paperwork.
• Demonstrate safe operation of lab equipment and perform light maintenance and inventories.
• Assist with demonstrations and tours upon request.
