Job summary

Google's Digital Technology Manager, Data Center Operations is a leadership role directing a global team of program managers responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data center projects, from design through handover into operations. • Manage the governance, tools, and processes for critical engineering and building design documents, ensuring seamless handover documentation and high-quality drawings from construction to operations.
• Drive the roadmap for the team's engineering content systems and establish sustainable operational models for AI-driven platforms.
• Lead global change management efforts to integrate content management platforms with interfacing enterprise systems, optimizing user experience and operational reliability.

• Deep understanding of building design, construction processes, fabrication projects, and associated workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership decisions, align stakeholders, and present technical roadmaps.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise.
