The role requires an associate degree or technical training and strong proficiency with Word, Excel, Acrobat, and document management systems. The position is full-time, on-site, with standard 40-hour weeks and background checks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal departments.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply complex written information.
• Ability to analyze information, evaluate situations, and decide based on procedures.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Acrobat, and document management systems.
• Ability to create, edit, organize, maintain, and retrieve electronic documentation.
• Experience in regulated environments and quality assurance tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date record of all technical publications.
• Acquire and update technical publications and support lists as revisions are released.
• Provide proof of document currency to departments.
• Make documentation accessible through the AIA intranet.
• Identify obsolete Part Numbers and add potential new capabilities.
• Develop contacts with OEMs to obtain current documentation.
• Review, edit, and maintain digital records of Engineering Orders.
• Convert publications and documentation to digital formats.
• Review trace documentation for FAA compliance.
• Assist QA with other department tasks or projects.
• Review and maintain digital records of documentation generated by QA.
• Provide technical support to AIA staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
