Dayton T. Brown, Inc. in remote capacity is seeking a senior technical publications specialist to lead development of avionic and electrical troubleshooting procedures, maintenance checklists, and training materials.

You will leverage engineering data, 3D models, and drawings to produce precise documents for aerospace programs, collaborating with engineers, illustrators, and publications staff. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and 7+ years in Aviation/Aerospace or Defense, strong

Qualifications

4-year College Degree with 7+ years of Aviation/Aerospace and/or Defense work with extensive avionics or electrical systems experience required.
Ability to think critically and use source data to produce technical data for publications.
Experience with aircraft avionics and electrical systems documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead development of avionic and electrical troubleshooting procedures, corrective maintenance, and diagnostics procedures
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and publications personnel
Develop technical data using engineering drawings, 3D models, and source documents
Ensure accurate, well-structured documentation and adherence to project processes
Support data lifecycle management and timely delivery to customers
