Job summary

Cornerstone Church is seeking a Systems & Integrations Manager to build and improve the church's digital systems across engagement, communication, and operations. You will own the website and app ecosystem, and oversee integrations between Rock RMS, CMS, and third‑party tools to enable scalable engagement.

The role is hands‑on, collaborative, and focused on reliable systems with opportunities to innovate. This position reports to the Director of Communications and offers partial remote work with

Qualifications

• Experience managing websites, apps, or digital platforms.
• Experience with CRM or ChMS platforms; Rock RMS helpful but not required.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with web technologies and light development work.
• Experience troubleshooting technical systems and integrations.
• Experience with SQL and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the organization’s website and app platforms.
• Oversee integrations between Rock RMS, website, app, and third‑party systems.
• Architect and maintain connected systems, APIs, and middleware.
• Troubleshoot issues and support reporting needs with data.
• Collaborate with ministry and operations teams to meet goals.
• Translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
