Job summary

Cornerstone is a fast-growing church seeking a Systems & Integrations Manager to build and improve the digital systems that support engagement and operations. The role oversees the website and app ecosystem and coordinates integrations across platforms to keep systems scalable and reliable.

The successful candidate will work with teams across the organization, owning projects from conception to completion and driving technical improvements that enhance user experience and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing websites, apps, or digital platforms.
• Experience working with CRM or ChMS platforms (Rock RMS experience is helpful but not required).
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with web technologies and light development work.
• Experience troubleshooting technical systems and integrations.
• Experience with SQL and data management.

Responsibilities

• Website & App Ownership: Manage and improve the organization’s website and app platforms.
• Integrations & Technical Solutions: Manage integrations between Rock RMS, website, app, and third-party systems.
• Technical Evaluation & Innovation: Evaluate new platforms and technologies from a technical and operational perspective.
• Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with ministry and operational teams to support organizational goals.
