Circle K is seeking a Digital Surveillance Risk Associate to support risk management and claims by reviewing CCTV footage, analyzing incidents, and providing actionable insights for risk mitigation. The role involves retrieving and preserving footage, documenting findings, conducting targeted reviews, and communicating recommendations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsabilités

• Retrieve, preserve, and maintain surveillance footage per policy.
• Document surveillance observations and findings.
• Conduct targeted video reviews based on incidents or requests.
• Compare surveillance findings with incident reports and supporting documents.
• Prepare detailed summaries, reports, and recommendations based on findings.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and investigative materials.
• Adhere to retention, storage, and evidence-handling procedures.
