Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business experience
• Supply chain experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree
• Engineering background preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to break down complex problems into achievable, incremental milestones
• Ability to translate business asks into technical requirements
• Project management experience
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, leadership, and technical developers

Responsibilities

• Establish clear project goals based on the Decision Intelligence strategy and desired business impact
• Work with business stakeholders to align the digital vision with business strategy and product requirements
• Translate business requirements and user needs into tasks for data engineers, data scientists, BIEs, and other developers
• Lead the development process end-to-end, from design and discovery through deployment and change management
• Own problem-solving within the Digital Supply Chain team to deliver value to Kraft Heinz
