Job summary

Colangelo & Partners seeks a Digital Supervisor to lead the Digital Team in high-budget campaigns for wine and spirits clients. You will guide strategic recommendations, coordinate cross‑disciplinary efforts, and ensure client satisfaction with digital deliverables.

The role is full-time, hybrid, based in New York City, requiring at least three days in the office. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $97,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant social media experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Advanced understanding of multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Google).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; certification for Blueprint/AdWords preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Team to deliver strategic recommendations and client deliverables.
  • Monitor client KPIs, ensure team efficiency and execution across campaigns.
  • Plan and oversee client advertising budgets across platforms and timelines.

We are searching for a Digital Supervisor who is well-versed in Social Media Marketing & Advertising, Paid Search, E-commerce, Digital Content Creation. Candidates should have or be able to develop a high-level understanding of the wine & spirits space, and have experience leading both teams and accounts.

The main responsibility of the Digital Supervisor is to lead, mentor, and elevate the Digital Team to provide strategic recommendations & meet client deliverables. This position must be able to independently lead high-budget accounts while working in tandem with Account Leaders across disciplines on integrated campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction with digital deliverables.

Colangelo & Partners’ Digital Supervisor will be a strategic thinker who is up to date on the everchanging media landscape and marketing trends, who can inspire the team to think creatively, and demonstrate best practices across all social media platforms and disciplines. Candidates should be detail-oriented and demonstrate a mindset that is conducive to building, motivating, and leading teams to agency standards of excellence.

This is a full‑time, salaried, and hybrid role, with the individual selected expected to work from our New York City office at least three times/week.

Salary: $80,000 - $97,000, Depending on Experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Advanced strategic thinking & execution of campaign management for wine and spirits clients – from proposals through development, execution, testing, analysis, reporting, and completion against client goals
  • Consistent monitoring of client KPIs and progress, ensuring team efficiency and execution
  • Oversees and plans client advertising budgets across platforms, time‑scheduled flights, and among programs/services/offerings
  • Participates in new business proposals and client renewals – including leading internal benchmarking to forecast accurate KPIs for clients
  • Organize & lead bi‑coastal team, along with Senior Leadership, including leading meetings to discuss platform updates, best practices, workflows, new business, trends, individual team member to‑dos and internal tasks; assigning work and responsibilities
  • Develops effective plans to optimize conversion rates and maximize client ROAS
  • Conducts team check ins to monitor performance, addressing challenges, providing feedback and setting goals for team members’ professional development, all while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Effectively creates and supervises strategic digital campaigns, holding team accountable
  • Displays a positive mentality and disposition that is conducive to building, motivating, and leading teams
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional teams, including creative, media relations, and digital teams, to ensure the successful execution of all client projects
  • Excellent customer service, communication (internal and external), and a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Provides oversight to posted content and content calendars, holding junior staff accountable for their work and helping them improve their skills/consistency
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant social media experience, fast‑paced agency environment preferred
  • Advanced understanding of multiple social media platform functionality including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Google (and a commitment to staying up to date with trends and new platforms)
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads – Must possess or be willing to undergo certification for Blueprint and Google AdWords
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of how social media content supports/reinforces brand attributes of clients and their products
  • Advanced understanding of social media metrics and tools used to track and analyze social media performance
