STV seeks a Digital Strategy Lead to join our firm in CA, IL, FL or WI. The role requires a degreed professional with about 10 years of related experience and a strong track record in program leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

You will develop and implement delivery strategies, mentor diverse teams, and build client relationships while guiding major projects and market pursuits. Competitive compensation is offered in a transparent pay range.

Responsibilities

• Develop management approaches for clients to suit governance requirements, scalable using digital tools on a strategic/advisory or delivery basis.
• Turn client information into valuable insights to aid stakeholder engagement.
• Build and lead a diverse, engaged team to strengthen market position and cultivate client relationships.
• Advise clients on program management, delivery strategy, leadership and engagement, business case development, governance, and program structure.
• Establish, foster and maintain relationships internally and externally; manage downstream contract administration including RFIs, submittals, changes, closeout, documentation and claims mitigation.
• Strategize, develop, deploy and maintain design technology standards and workflows to contribute to company objectives.
