Job summary

Qorvo in Richardson, TX is seeking a Marketing Analytics Intern to turn complex data into clear dashboards and insights for sales and marketing leaders. You will build Power BI reports, work with GA4 data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive informed decisions.

The internship offers mentoring, learning opportunities, and exposure to leadership, with a collaborative, team-based environment and end-of-internship presentation to business leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, or SQL/database concepts.
• Comfortable presenting findings to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards in Power BI that translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze data across marketing and sales to inform strategy and campaigns.
• Prepare and organize data using Databricks or similar platforms for analysis.

The Marketing Analytics team at Qorvo empowers business leaders with the data, tools, and insights they need to make smarter decisions. This internship is designed for individuals who are excited about:

• Using data to shape and refine sales and marketing strategies that influence real business outcomes.
• Enhancing how Qorvo gathers, integrates, and analyzes information across digital touchpoints, including web analytics (GA4) and marketing campaigns.
• Building dashboards in Power BI that transform raw data into intuitive insights for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Exploring modern data platforms (Databricks and others) to prepare, clean, and organize data for analysis.
• Delivering reporting that helps teams move quickly with confidence, and teaching others to use dashboards effectively.
• Tracking KPIs and performance metrics, then translating them into recommendations for campaign and program improvement.
• Approaching problems with curiosity—testing, iterating, and proposing innovative solutions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher).
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: web analytics tools (e.g., GA4), BI tools (e.g., Power BI), or SQL/database concepts.
• Comfortable presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report publishing).
• Basic proficiency in SQL and/or Python for querying and preparing data.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Exposure to MarTech/CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or data science.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive to solve ambiguous problems.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $25/hr - $34/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
