Digital Strategy Manager, Community Financial Institutions

Company Overview: Candescent is the largest non-core digital banking provider, connecting account opening, digital banking, and branch solutions for banks and credit unions of all sizes. Our solutions power top U.S. mobile banking apps and are trusted across the industry.

Position Overview: The Digital Strategy Manager will build relationships with top-tier clients, focusing on contractual continuity and revenue growth through additional product sales. The territory covers approximately 12-15 clients in the Midwest to Southeast US, with a revenue quota assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a revenue-driven business, achieving growth through marketing, add-on sales, and innovative strategies.
  2. Engage in consultative sales and client relationship management.
  3. Conduct quarterly onsite reviews and analysis, with travel likely exceeding 50%.
  4. Educate clients on NCR Digital Insight's products and services.
  5. Prepare proposals and presentations for strategic recommendations.
  6. Generate revenue by securing sales of strategic products and enhancing user adoption.
  7. Negotiate pricing and renewals internally and externally.
  8. Maintain expertise in NCR Digital Insight’s offerings through training and self-education.
  9. Serve as the main client contact, coordinating internal resources.
  10. Attend conferences and trade shows to network and promote the company.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years in financial services or technology sales/account management with proven revenue achievement.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives.
  • Experience in banking or credit unions, either as a practitioner or vendor.
  • Proficiency in consultative, solutions-based selling.
  • Business acumen, strategic planning, and operations management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently remotely.
  • SaaS/PaaS sales experience.
