SPORTFIVE in New York City is seeking a Digital Manager to lead the US Digital team. You will work with client key accounts, develop strategy, and guide campaign execution while overseeing other team members.

The role requires strong social media expertise, bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, and a passion for sports and entertainment. Expect non-traditional hours and collaboration across creative, commercial and CRM functions.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of social media and content creation experience.
• Extensive experience with social platforms and digital environments.
• Understanding of sports and entertainment, especially global soccer.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and development of social/digital strategies and briefs for clients.
• Provide proactive leadership and nurture client relationships.
• Support new business efforts and pitching with senior leadership.
• Help create staffing plans, timelines and budgets and identify risks.
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure alignment with goals.
• Drive campaigns from concept to first-to-market execution across channels.
• Develop scopes of work and ensure resourcing matches client goals.
• Establish policies to ensure best practices and smooth delivery.
