• Identify new opportunities to turn client information into valuable insights and services.
• Build and lead a diverse, engaged team that strengthens market position and develops client relationships.
• Advise on program management, delivery strategy, governance, and organizational design.
• Foster relationships internally and externally, handling RFI, submittals, change management, and contract closeout.
