Job summary

Darkhive, Inc. seeks a Digital Strategist to lead digital marketing, paid search, and media, shaping communications with government stakeholders and technical talent.

You will work with the VP of Communications and Strategy and our in-house design team to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences. This full-time, exempt role is remote with travel up to 25% and hybrid onsite in San Antonio preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital strategy or marketing with lead experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Understanding of defense acquisition or gov contracting cycles.
• Proven multi-channel digital strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms and exec reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong content skills.
• Strong WordPress hands-on management, plugins and themes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overarching digital strategy across web, social, content, SEO/SEM, email.
• Align digital messaging with proposals, program announcements, and campaigns.
• Lead website strategy and content review for public release.
• Design and manage multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage digital brand positioning and messaging for varied audiences.
• Monitor analytics and ROI reporting to executives.
• Oversee SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
• Guide social media presence and audience growth.
• Support trade shows and industry event digital strategy.
• Ensure all public content complies with security review and guidelines.
• Manage relationships with external agencies.
