FedEx Corporation announces a remote-friendly Senior Digital Product Manager role in the United States. You will own a critical product area or customer journey, guiding discovery with customer interviews, analysis, and stakeholder alignment to deliver customer-centric solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to launch features, define KPIs, and drive governance. Mentorship of junior PMs and executive-level communication are included.

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions that align with company strategy. You own complex product domains or capabilities, deeply understand customer pain points, and translate strategy into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes. You operate with autonomy and are trusted to drive results across teams.

Essential Functions

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical product area or customer journey
• Lead discovery work—customer interviews, competitive research, and data analysis—to identify opportunities
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to build and launch solutions
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate feature success and inform iteration
• Drive prioritization across competing demands and communicate rationale clearly to stakeholders
• Influence cross-functional leaders and executives to gain buy-in on product direction
• Mentor junior PMs and support organizational learning and best practices

Location Details

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product management experience working concurrently across two or more engineering teams, managing technical dependencies, competing priorities, and coordinated product releases.
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering at least two complex enterprise technology products or platform capabilities from initial concept through production deployment, with measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience developing products that support mission-critical operational workflows, including exception management, predictive insights, decision support, proactive alerting, or operational intervention capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience delivering both internal enterprise applications and external customer-facing digital products, preferably leveraging shared data, technology platforms, or integrated product architectures.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience

• 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
