Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience

• 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience in supply chain, logistics, or shipment visibility products, with a strong preference for hands‑on exposure to real‑time tracking, active monitoring, or automated exception management systems.
• Proven track record of evaluating and executing buy vs. build vs. partner decisions, including the direct assessment, negotiation, and commercial management of third‑party technology providers.
• Experience actively supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, including authoring comprehensive RFQ/RFP responses and delivering customer‑facing technical solution designs.
• Practical experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on data‑intensive or integration‑heavy software products.

Location Details

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.
