Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a senior IT leader to drive digital solutions, focusing on automation, integration, and AI. You will partner with business and IT to prioritize, deliver secure solutions, and manage risk while advancing automation across platforms.
The role reports to IT leadership and interacts with global teams and varied management levels. The position requires 7+ years in IT/software, strong low/no-code platform knowledge, and experience with complex integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7 years IT/software development/innovation experience across software development, infrastructure and operations.
- Expert level knowledge of low/no code platforms, integration tools and data management platforms.
- Experience in healthcare/life sciences (GxP) a plus.
- Experience with complex system integration technologies.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with global teams on platform management and governance.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions and integration controls.
- Lead and coordinate solution architects to design automation.
- Manage day-to-day DevOps processes and the automation portfolio.
- Influence stakeholders to improve processes and collaborate across teams.
- Lead communication across the organization.
- Coordinate releases with development, QA/QC and security.
