Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Technical Product Manager who will drive customer-centric technology solutions and lead roadmap execution across a suite of products. You will collaborate with product managers, owners, and development teams to deliver strategic capabilities and ensure product viability.

The role requires strong Salesforce experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of leading technical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in CS/IT or related area.
• Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud/Lifesciences is required.
• Strong analytic methods to improve business processes and applications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and query code/databases.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage product vision defined by product owners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and manage the product roadmap.
• Analyze customer requirements and maintain the product backlog.
• Evaluate and mitigate technical risks on an ongoing basis.
• Align with stakeholders and Agile Release Train for product viability.
• Create success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
• Be an evangelist and subject matter expert for the product suite.
• Lead cross-functional teams across development processes and architectures.
