Inizio Evoke is looking for a Digital Solutions Director to lead the orchestration and oversight of digital solutions across main client accounts. You will connect strategy to delivery, ensuring digital initiatives are cohesive, scalable, aligned to client objectives and regulatory requirements, and successfully implemented across channels and capabilities.

You will operate as the connective layer across digital workstreams, translating strategy into an integrated solution approach, aligning the right teams and expertise, and managing cross-channel dependencies, integration points, risks, and execution needs. Depending on the engagement, the role may flex across cross-channel orchestration, deep channel or capability expertise, and direct leadership of complex digital/technical initiatives.

This is a remote role working Pacific Standard Time hours reporting to a Vice President, Digital Solutions.

You Will:

• Lead digital solution work across channels, workstreams, and initiatives, ensuring teams, solutions, and dependencies stay connected.
• Translate strategy and business needs into an integrated solution approach, identifying the workstreams, execution needs, and expertise required for delivery.
• Determine execution needs and align work with the appropriate internal and external teams.
• Manage cross-channel dependencies, integration points, technical risks, and competing priorities to ensure solutions work cohesively across the broader client ecosystem.
• Directly lead complex or assigned digital/technical projects from solution planning through implementation, readiness, and launch.
• Provide deep digital/channel subject matter expertise and solution guidance within assigned channels or capabilities, including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, web, and related MarTech ecosystems.
• Apply knowledge of the SDLC, digital ecosystems, infrastructure, environments, integrations, and data flows to guide solution decisions and anticipate delivery impacts.
• Guide consistency in digital solution approaches, technical standards, quality, governance, scalability, and maintainability across projects.
• Guide and mentor Digital Solutions Specialists, defining execution needs, providing solution direction, and aligning work across initiatives.
• Identify broader solution, architecture, infrastructure, or integration risks and partner with Technology and other experts to guide resolution.

You Will Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in digital solutions, MarTech, technical delivery, digital transformation, or a related role, including experience leading complex digital projects
• Experience with SDLC and digital delivery lifecycle, with the ability to guide work from solution definition through development, QA, deployment, and launch
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate work across multiple digital channels, workstreams, teams, and competing priorities
• Knowledge of digital ecosystems, infrastructure, environments, integrations, data flows, dependencies, and deployment considerations
• Working knowledge of web technologies, CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and enterprise digital/MarTech platforms; experience with AEM, Veeva, Salesforce/SFMC, or similar technologies
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical solution approaches and communicate effectively across client, business, and technical audiences
• The ability to anticipate cross-workstream risks, identify gaps, and guide resolution
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more digital channels or capabilities, with the ability to provide solution guidance and establish consistent approaches
• Experience guiding and mentoring digital delivery or solution specialists
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical and agency experience

Compensation

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. $120,000 — $150,000 USD
