Connor Group, a premier Coupa partner and professional services firm of Big4 alumni, is seeking a Coupa Manager to lead projects that deliver value to clients across finance, accounting, operations and technology. In this role you will work with fast‑growing companies to expand your Coupa and leadership skills while solving their most complex, business‑critical needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coupa‑related projects—including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and procurement initiatives—ensuring they meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Project‑manage multiple Coupa initiatives through all phases: scoping, planning, resource scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Leverage deep Coupa expertise to analyze business operations, identify improvement opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives by articulating problem statements, analyzing processes and data, proposing solutions, and aligning stakeholders.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members.
• Participate in client business‑development activities, including client meetings, proposal preparation, statements of work, and project estimate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of direct Coupa implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• Coupa certifications (CoupaCore Implementation Specialist preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of the Coupa cloud platform, integration capabilities, data‑migration and conversion tools.
• Strong understanding of key financial processes such as Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory, Record‑to‑Report, etc.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities and experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team‑building.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and proven track record of delivering results.
• Willingness to travel up to25%, including international travel.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or certifications is a plus.
