• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in the Energy industry preferred; AI tools and data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines and analyzes business processes to measure, analyze, improve, and control processes.
• Communicates with stakeholders to align requirements and identify impacts of specifications.
• Develops recommendations for system alternatives and enhancements to current systems.
• Examines performance data to gain insight and drive business planning; applies iterative processes.
• Facilitates root cause analysis and drives continuous improvement to system stability and user experience.
• Performs cost-benefit and ROI analyses to aid management decisions on implementations.
• Supports implementation of process improvements within the team and IT delivery lifecycle.
• Ensures compliance, documentation, controls, and traceability for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates test case development and supports strategy creation for technology delivery.
• Plans, executes, and documents user stories and feedback for prototypes and wireframes.
• Identifies opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve processes and knowledge management.
