Position Summary

This position will lead critical projects within the Commercial organization driving the successful execution and delivery of Digital solutions. The role will ensure solutions are aligned with business needs, technical capabilities, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet the highest quality standards. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate complex business challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the definition of business processes in order to measure, analyze, improve and control the process being reviewed.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders, aligning the understanding of requirements, and identifying cross functional changes/impacts of the specifications for solution delivery.
• Develops recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
• Investigates business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning; applies continuous iterative processes. Facilitates root cause analysis and drives continuous improvement initiatives to improve system stability, user experience, and process efficiency.
• Performs cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
• Supports implementation of ways to improve working processes in the team.
• Supports monitoring the execution of IT service management practices around incident, Change, Problem and Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) delivery methodologies for improvement and collaboration, including more advanced configuration tasks. Supports audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements by maintaining appropriate documentation, controls, and traceability.
• Coordinates test case development, execution and support of strategy creation for technology delivery.
• Plans, executes, and documents user stories, user feedback to support the development of prototypes and wireframes.
• Identifies and evaluates opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-assisted tools to improve business processes, requirements analysis, documentation, test design, decision-making, knowledge management, and user productivity.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience required
• Experience in the Energy industry preferred
• Experience leveraging AI tools and data analysis is preferred
