Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Energy industry experience preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and data analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with IT service management and SDLC.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes to measure, analyze, and improve performance.
• Communicate requirements with stakeholders and map impacts.
• Recommend system alternatives and enhancements.
• Analyze performance data to drive planning and improvement.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems.
• Support incident, change, and SDLC governance.
• Coordinate test case development and strategy for technology delivery.
• Capture user stories and feedback to inform prototypes.
