Job Title: Social Media Professional - Orlando City SC & Orlando Pride

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement social media strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and create effective, breakthrough programming features and campaigns to achieve brand and revenue goals.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities focused primarily on Orlando Pride.
- Assist weekly with all ancillary social media channels, including Orlando City B, Orlando City Academy, and INTER&Co Stadium.
- Plan and execute a social media calendar to ensure consistent, compelling messaging and programming.
- Proactively drive brand partnerships to create engaging content and opportunities.
- Moderate and monitor fan conversations across all social channels.
- Collaborate on executing corporate partner initiatives, delivering value through events, sponsor activations, and promotions.
- Utilize data insights to measure impact and guide strategy across all social channels.
- Capture high-quality, engaging vertical content using mobile devices.
- Guide the club towards effective content strategies per platform, focusing on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
- Drive traffic to www.orlandocitysc.com, www.orlando-pride.com, and www.interco-stadium.com through engaging content.
- Express the club's personality and voice through daily fan engagement.
- Create content for own channels.
- Assist in managing backend content delivery for the club websites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree or diploma in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of social media management experience, preferably with multiple accounts.
- Knowledge of the NWSL, Orlando Pride, and women's soccer internationally.
- Experience with analytics and continuous improvement based on data.
- Strong writing and editing skills for social media.
- Familiarity with digital trends, sports, and popular culture.
- Team-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure.
- Highly organized self-starter.
- Experience overseeing interns or associates.
- Proven track record managing social channels for established brands.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Content creation skills with mobile devices; graphic design, HTML, and CSS skills are a plus.
