Social Media Coordinator || About the Role

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will work closely with our Senior Social Media Manager and Director of Social and Content to execute innovative social media strategies. Your role will be pivotal in managing content calendars and maintaining the online presence of our clients across multiple platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to hone your skills in social media management, content creation, and email marketing while contributing to the success of our clients.

Social Media Coordinator || Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts for clients on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and more.
• Assist in developing content strategies that align with client goals and maintain a consistent online presence.
• Monitor social media metrics and engagement levels, providing regular reports to the team.

Google Business Profile

• Schedule and post regular updates to Google Business Profile listings, adhering to SEO best practices.
• Ensure client profiles are consistently updated with fresh, engaging content.

Review Management

• Draft thoughtful responses to customer reviews, both positive and negative, while maintaining the client’s brand voice.

Email Marketing

• Support the creation and management of email marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling copy for newsletters, promotions, and client communications.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Content Creation & Blog Writing

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with client brand guidelines.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammar, spelling, and style consistency.

Collaboration & Support

• Social Media Coordinator Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager and Director of Social and Content to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.
• Assist in scheduling content calendars and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry news.

Social Media Coordinator || Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and industry best practices.
• Some experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to various brand voices and tones.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about emerging trends and tools.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing your schedule, and communicating effectively in a virtual team environment.
