Carrier Global Corporation is recruiting an Associate Director, Digital Supply Chain - Enterprise Planning and Digital Transformation to shape the supply chain capability strategy and drive digital transformation across planning, procurement, inventory, and fulfillment.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, translating complex requirements into scalable digital solutions and partnering with SIOP, Manufacturing, Materials, Operations, Procurement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, operations, and program management.
• 5+ years in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years with enterprise planning and ERP platforms (Kinaxis, SAP, BlueYonder).

Responsibilities

• Own digital product strategy, roadmap, governance, adoption and value realization for planning platforms.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation across MTS/MTO/ETO business models.
• Develop inventory optimization and replenishment methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled digital solutions.
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Partner with Master Data Management to improve data quality and governance.
