Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Digital Signal Processing Software Engineer to develop software and analytic tools for signaling data. You will work on complex problems, mentor others, and apply cutting-edge principles across projects in a security-cleared environment.
The role requires experience with DSP algorithms, Python/C/C++, and Agile tools; a STEM degree is required. Compensation is established by location and contract terms and includes a broad total package.
Use tools, techniques, systems, and procedures for developing software or analytic tools for wired or wireless transmission of signaling data. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
